Our Content Policy

We publish original summaries and commentary. Where we quote a source we keep the excerpt short and credit it with a link. We do not knowingly host infringing material.

If You Believe Your Work Was Copied

Send a written notice to akhunstech@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Your notice must include:

  • Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • The exact URL on our Site where the material appears.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices cannot be processed. Please include every item above.

What Happens Next

  • We acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days.
  • Material that is clearly infringing is removed or disabled, usually within 5 business days.
  • We notify the person who posted the material, where applicable.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the URL of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
